Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, with willingness to manage a range of immigration matters.

The attorney will serve as primary contact for corporate clients, coordinate case strategies, and collaborate with teams to satisfy government requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Experience advising clients directly on immigration matters.
• Ability to assist clients with petitions and applications for USCIS.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
