About The Role

ShopMy is hiring a Senior Associate, Creator Experience to directly support and strategically grow our top-earning and high-potential creators.

This is a creator-facing role where you’ll provide both high-touch support and scalable guidance. You’ll own a portfolio of creators, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Data to deliver an exceptional experience while surfacing insights that drive ShopMy’s growth.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree
2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or creator economy roles
Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile talent
Excellent communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, digital marketing tools, and fashion trends is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce also a plus

Salary Range

New York Pay Range: $80,000 — $100,000 USD (Base salary). Salary may vary based on scope of responsibilities, experience, and other factors. Equity may also be offered.
