What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage key client relationships to exceed target annual revenue goals
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
  3. Originate and maintain a balanced pipeline of deals across various channels
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions and business cases
  5. Facilitate regular business review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
  2. Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data analytics)
  3. Experience with state and federal government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
  4. Proven track record of originating new opportunities in complex client organizations
  5. US Citizenship status and ability to obtain a Security Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including Gen AI use cases
  2. Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, capable of engaging with CXO-level clients
  4. Active DOD Security Clearance is preferred
