What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage key client relationships and collaborate with operations to exceed revenue goals
  2. Develop a thorough understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
  3. Lead deal origination efforts for new opportunities across various channels
  4. Drive communication and collaboration among internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  5. Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to track progress and address challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
  2. Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital operations, or data analytics)
  3. Familiarity with state and federal government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
  4. Proven track record of originating new business opportunities within large client organizations
  5. Must possess U.S. Citizenship status and the ability to obtain Security Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
  2. High familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including generative AI use cases
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, capable of interacting at all organizational levels
  4. Active DOD Security Clearance is preferred
