What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage key client relationships and collaborate with Operations to exceed revenue goals
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client accounts and prioritize their business needs
  3. Drive individual deal origination and maintain a balanced pipeline for opportunities
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to shape business cases and enhance client engagement
  5. Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and account health

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
  2. Strong understanding of at least one healthcare practice area (Clinical services, digital ops, or D&A)
  3. Proven track record of originating new opportunities within complex client organizations
  4. Familiarity with state and federal government programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare)
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with clients at all levels, including CXO

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in selling analytics, payments, or BPO solutions to health plans or providers
  2. High familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including Gen AI use cases
  3. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance; active DOD Security Clearance is preferred
  4. Strong appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics and platform-enabled services
  5. Continuous learner, staying updated on healthcare industry trends and digital advancements
