Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to run a high-volume store with attention to detail, inventory, personnel and sales. This role focuses on creating positive memories for fans and upholding DQ standards.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of leadership in quick-service, a HS diploma, COGS and labor control knowledge, and ServSafe certification. The position requires coaching, strong hospitality, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership in high-volume restaurant environments.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe certifiable.

Responsabilités

• Operate the restaurant during scheduled shifts, maintaining quality, service and atmosphere.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and food safety practices.
• Understand and react to P&L factors, manage inventory, and adjust labor accordingly.
• Ensure fan service meets company standards and handle customer concerns.
• Lead and develop staff, schedule hourly employees, and maintain positive morale.
• Maintain health and safety standards and sanitation procedures.
