Job summary

Dairy Queen seeks a capable manager to assist the Store Manager in executing all restaurant operations and upholding Dairy Queen standards. This role covers scheduling, staff development, inventory control, cash handling, and promoting product promotions.

You will ensure guest service quality, cleanliness, and speed of service while managing multiple areas in a fast-paced environment. Negotiable pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and employee relations skills required.
• Ability to supervise multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, service speed and sanitation.
• Train, develop and schedule hourly employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Control inventory and cash, ordering of products and labor costs.
• Communicate and execute promotions; maintain guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
