Dairy Queen in Virginia is seeking an experienced store manager to run a high-volume restaurant with attention to detail and guest experience. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, oversee inventory, product production, staffing and safety.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, cost control, and delivering Fan memories through quality service and fair pricing. A strong track record in QSR, ServSafe certification, and scheduling is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, striving for quality, service and atmosphere.
• Oversee inventory, product production, ordering and cash control.
• Train and develop shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes and food safety.
• Assist in business planning to optimize sales and profit and adjust labor accordingly.
• Enhance Fan service and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Support GM with hiring, coaching and scheduling to build a productive team.
