Bozzuto in New York is seeking a General Manager (Sr. Property Manager) to lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations. You will drive occupancy, financial performance and guest satisfaction for a premier community.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years in property management or related fields, with strong GAAP knowledge and YARDI proficiency. A real estate license or ability to obtain one within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups and vendors.
• Experience managing a budget and/or P&L; GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days where applicable.

• Inspire the team to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the property's financial performance per the budget.
• Coach team members to contribute to the big picture.
• Deliver timely financial and operational performance reports.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, residents, employees and vendors.
• Differentiate the community in the marketplace and with marketing.
• Implement marketing strategies with consumer marketing partners.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high community ratings and reviews.
• Work weekends once per month with two days off during the week.
• Support team development and training opportunities.
