Bozzuto in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service‑driven environment. You will lead by example, drive occupancy, manage resident relations, and support the PM/GM in operating a vibrant apartment community.

The role requires a 4‑year degree or equivalent, 2+ years in property management or hospitality, familiarity with rent collection and budgets, and proficiency with YARDI and social media content.

Formación

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and accounts receivables.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and creating engaging content.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with industry software (YARDI) and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto core values and culture.
• Contribute to financial objectives by collecting rent, posting receipts and managing delinquency.
• Achieve occupancy via informative, personalized community tours for new leases.
• Build brand loyalty and resident retention through positive interactions.
• Ensure community interiors/exteriors reflect the Bozzuto brand with a crisp appearance.
• Coach and mentor team members when the PM/GM is not present.
• Work weekends 1–2 weekends per month to accommodate prospective residents.
