Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager who will lead daily operations, drive occupancy and retention, and manage financial performance for a premier community.

The role requires a strong leadership track record, excellent communication, and experience with budgeting, P&L management, and YARDI. You will collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding resident experiences at Bozzuto-managed properties.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Excellent client and customer relationship history.
• Experience with revenue, budget and P&L management.
• Proficiency with industry software, YARDI preferred.
• Strong financial skills and knowledge of GAAP basics.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing and operations to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage property financial performance.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial and operational reports to clients.
• Cultivate relationships with residents, clients and team.

• Collaborate with marketing to execute strategies.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and strong community reviews.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule to meet resident needs.
• Mentor and develop team members; roll up sleeves as needed.
