• Working knowledge of footwear, accessories and shoe care.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and adhere to company policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff; step in for Store Manager when needed.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers at all times.
• Maintain service levels and handle customer issues with urgency and care.
• Oversee POS transactions, discounts, refunds, and loyalty procedures.
• Manage inventory controls including receiving, pricing, markdowns and physical inventory.
• Execute merchandising and housekeeping standards; drive promotional events.
