Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC seeks a Senior Asset Manager to own end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including hardware, software, licenses, and procurement for DoD programs. The role bridges DoD requirements with enterprise automation, leveraging Advana and ServiceNow to improve data pipelines and governance.

The ideal candidate has deep DoD asset and financial management experience, current security clearance, and can coordinate across techno-functional teams in a hybrid Northern Virginia environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT asset management within a DoD/Federal environment.
• Strong understanding of DoD Financial Management and licensing entitlements.
• Experience interfacing with Advana or similar enterprise platforms.
• Ability to bridge techncial developers with DoD operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full asset lifecycle across hardware, software, leases, and procurement.
• Coordinate data governance, quality metrics, and reconciliation across assets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between developers, architects, and DoD stakeholders.
• Support hybrid work schedule across Northern Virginia sites.
