Job summary

AC4S LLC is seeking a Senior IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the full asset life cycle, including hardware and software reconciliation, inventory reviews, and secure storage. The role requires strong governance of asset records and reporting accuracy.

You will project hardware and COTS software needs and ensure compliance with DoW policies while coordinating with DT/EA/CST. This position is full-time in Northern Virginia and benefits from a formal asset management framework.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive IT asset management experience across hardware and software lifecycles.
• Experience adhering to DoW policies, regulations and cybersecurity requirements.
• Strong record of maintaining asset records and reporting integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct the lifestyle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records for laptops, servers, network equipment, and mobile devices.
• Develop and enforce IT asset management policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Support quarterly hardware and software inventories and audits.
