Qualifications

• Direct the lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and inventory in compliance with DoW policies and cybersecurity.
• Manage enterprise hardware and software asset inventories; maintain records and accountability for laptops, servers, network equipment, and mobile devices.
• Develop and enforce IT asset management policies, SOPs, and governance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related education/experience or Master's with 7+ years; PhD with 7+ years.
• 14+ years of related education/experience or PhD with 9+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT asset lifecycle management and asset procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform reconciliations, trend analysis, and periodic inventory reviews.
• Prepare semi-annual software and hardware inventories; submit inventory reports.
• Maintain asset records in the ILMS module and ensure accountability.
• Forecast hardware and COTS software needs quarterly for three quarters ahead.
• Apply expertise across multiple complex assignments with developing methodologies.
