Job summary

ICF is seeking an Asset / Property Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets and personal property for a federal technology program, from procurement through secure disposal. This hands-on role requires accuracy and collaboration with procurement teams and hardware vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT asset management or federal personal property management.
• 2+ years asset lifecycle management under federal property regulations.
• 2+ years coordinating with hardware or DaaS vendors on procurement/logistics/asset intake.
• US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets and personal property in approved federal systems of record, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and current within 24 hours of any acquisition or disposal event.
• Execute the annual physical inventory cycle and reconcile discrepancies by year-end.
• Prepare and deliver weekly inventory status reports to the PAO.
• Tag and label assets with required data such as serial numbers, model, location, and warranty terms.
• Coordinate with DaaS vendors on procurement logistics and asset intake, ensuring timely tagging and data entry.
