Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance for a large fleet across the BU. You will manage fleet performance, profitability analysis, and asset redeployment while coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, and support teams.

Reports to the Director of Asset Management. Successful candidates will have extensive fleet analytics experience, strong cross-functional influence, and leadership abilities to optimize asset utilization and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Five+ years experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related fields.

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet performance and asset deployment within assigned area.
Coordinate asset reviews and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS.
Lead asset calls and manage asset deployment and redeployment initiatives.
Analyze margin performance, customer/location profitability and vehicle performance.
Support budgeting and depreciation planning for fleet assets.
