Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation in Chicago is seeking an Associate Vice President of Asset Management to oversee the firm’s real estate portfolio and lead financial analysis, compliance, and capital planning. The role collaborates with the Vice President of Asset Management to drive strategic asset performance across 15 properties and 1,194 units.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in affordable housing asset or property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in affordable housing asset management and/or property management.
• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the financial soundness of Bickerdike’s real estate portfolio using KPIs.
• Oversee compliance reporting to investment partners and monitoring agencies.
• Coordinate with Housing Development on projects under development and construction on compliance matters.
• Lead technology integration to track project performance with One Site, HappyCo and MRI.
• Support legal interests and manage commercial facilities.
