Job summary

Resources for Community Development (RCD) is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily affordable housing. You will work with lenders, investors, property management, and social services professionals to balance financial performance with resident quality of life.

The role requires 2+ years in asset/portfolio management, strong Excel and communication skills, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of asset management or related experience.
• Experience with affordable housing funding and subsidy programs a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of rental housing to meet revenue targets and maintain property condition.
• Indirectly manage the property management company and represent RCD in decisions.
• Engage in portfolio-level capital planning and financial management.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Development and Resident Services as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and oversee property modifications as required.
