Job summary

Related Affordable is seeking an Analyst, Asset Manager to support the AM Team in executing the business plan for a portfolio of affordable multi-family assets in Chicago. The role reports to the Vice President – Asset Management and collaborates with the Portfolio Management Team, with onsite work five days a week at our Chicago office.

The candidate will assist in NOI procurement, reporting, budgeting, inspections, and rent operations while contributing to best practices and process

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred with real estate exposure.
• 1–3 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assets within the portfolio.
• Assist in budgeting and reporting processes, including variance and site inspection reports.
• Support rent operations and leasing activities with property management.
