Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the life-cycle performance of assets across the Business Unit, including fleet management, profitability analysis, and vehicle performance.

This role reports to the Director of Asset Management and coordinates with multiple functions to optimize asset value. The position requires leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage asset calls, and conduct regular reviews of asset performance while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, customer and location profitability and vehicle performance analysis.
• Coordinate asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, and financial aspects of the fleet.
• Lead asset reviews, manage asset calls, and oversee asset performance across assigned geographic area.
• Provide direction and influence to maximize asset utilization and profitability.
