Job summary

Third Coast Bank in Dallas is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for Asset-Based Lending to oversee credit, portfolio management, and risk for complex ABL relationships. You will work with ABL Relationship Managers, Credit, Field Examination, Loan Operations, and other partners to support growth and ongoing credit stewardship.

This role requires deep experience with borrowing bases, collateral analysis, cash flow, and loan documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of commercial banking, commercial credit, portfolio management, or underwriting experience.
• Significant direct experience in Asset-Based Lending.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex middle-market commercial credit relationships.
• Strong knowledge of borrowing-base structures, accounts receivable and inventory financing, and collateral monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships with thorough knowledge of each borrower's financial condition and collateral.
• Coordinate with Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Field Examination, Loan Operations and other internal partners.
• Independently analyze borrower financial statements, projections, liquidity, cash flow, leverage, and collateral performance.
• Monitor borrower performance against credit expectations and identify emerging risks or changes in collateral quality.
• Prepare and present annual reviews, renewals, amendments, waivers, and other credit-approval requests.
• Maintain risk ratings and adjust as warranted by borrower performance or developments.
• Ensure files and documentation align with Bank policy and regulatory requirements.
