Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Credit Administrator - Asset Based Lending (ABL) for a full-time role in Dallas, TX.

The position focuses on portfolio management support, underwriting quality, and collaboration with ABL leadership to optimize the loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in ABL underwriting and portfolio management, strong credit analysis skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and nCino.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ABL underwriting and portfolio management and commercial credit analysis.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word/Excel.
• Prefer prior experience with Solifi/Stucky system.
• Must learn new systems quickly, specifically Salesforce.com and nCino Bank Operating System.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel will be required, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio management support for ABL lending platform and staff deals accordingly.
• Participate in calls and meetings to understand credit policies and business line strategies.
• Monitor and coach ABL Portfolio Managers in underwriting, renewals, modifications, and covenant testing.
• Meet with ABL leadership to review portfolio and ensure effective team communication.
• Maintain understanding of concentration limits and industry appetite.
• Develop relationships with internal subject matter experts and ensure policy adherence.
