Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Credit Administrator - Asset Based Lending (ABL) to lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts. You will ensure consistent underwriting, align with credit policies, and drive pipeline management and staff development.

The role requires 8+ years in ABL underwriting, a Finance/Accounting degree, and proficiency in Salesforce.com and nCino. Travel is expected; this is a full-time on-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other applicable undergraduate or graduate degree.
• 8+ years in ABL underwriting and portfolio management and commercial credit analysis.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, Word/Excel.
• Prior experience with Solifi/Stucky system.
• Aptitude for learning new systems quickly: Salesforce.com and nCino Bank Operating System.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts.
• Ensure consistent commercial underwriting and adherence to credit policies.
• Manage pipeline and staffing of deals in the ABL lending platform.
• Coach and develop PMs; participate in calls and customer meetings.
• Review portfolio performance with leadership and RSCA; ensure effective communication.
• Maintain understanding of concentration limits and industry appetite.
• Uphold loan policy/underwriting standards through memos and ARJs.
• Lead annual training for PMs on underwriting standards.
