• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Deep understanding of ABL structures, collateral audits, and credit risk management.
• Proven track record in client relationship leadership.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex deals within an assigned client portfolio and advise senior management.
• Monitor credit using financial data, collateral trends, and industry conditions.
• Lead relationship strategies with borrowers and agent banks.
• Prepare portfolio management reports and credit requests.
• Present credit reviews to senior management and credit committee.
• Manage cross-sell opportunities and timely communications.
