Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks an energetic Credit Administrator - Asset Based Lending (ABL) to lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts. You will ensure consistent commercial underwriting aligned with credit policies, while developing PMs and managing the pipeline.

The role requires 8+ years of ABL underwriting and strong MS Office skills, with experience in Solifi/Stucky, Salesforce.com, and nCino. Travel may be required; on-site presence in Dallas, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in ABL underwriting and portfolio management and commercial credit analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Experience with Solifi/Stucky system, Salesforce.com and nCino preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts for ABL underwriting.
• Manage pipeline staffing and deal flow for the lending platform.
• Coach PMs in underwriting, renewals, covenant testing and ARJs.
• Review portfolio with leadership to ensure alignment with policies and customer focus.
• Maintain concentration limits and industry appetite.
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure policy adherence.
• Lead recurring portfolio reviews and loan review meetings.
• Ensure quality and complexity of underwriting matches standards.
• Facilitate annual training on underwriting practices.
