Job summary

Sunrock in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Asphalt Production Supervisor to oversee daily production, quality control, and maintenance at the site. You will monitor operations, coordinate with the manager, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to resolve maintenance issues quickly, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. A valid NC driver’s license and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience required; other combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt production, quality control, maintenance, and safety for the site.
• Supervise facility personnel and assist the Asphalt Production Manager as needed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations and Sunrock safety policies.
