Job summary

Sunrock is seeking an Asphalt Production Supervisor to oversee asphalt production at the assigned location. The role includes daily production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and supervising facility personnel, with the ability to resolve maintenance issues and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requires a High School Diploma; an AA/AS is preferred, with 1–2 years related experience. North Carolina driver’s license and weighmaster license ability are mentioned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt production and quality control.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and compliance with OSHA/MSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including minor to major tasks.
• Schedule and supervise plant personnel and daily production activities.
• Assist Asphalt Production Manager with hiring, training, and performance development.
• Prepare production reports and communicate with suppliers and customers.
