Job summary

Sunrock is seeking an Asphalt Production Supervisor to oversee asphalt production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and personnel at the assigned location. The role supports the Asphalt Production Manager and requires resolving daily maintenance issues while working varied schedules, including nights and weekends.

The incumbent will ensure safety compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and NCDOT guidelines, train staff, and monitor environmental and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; AA/AS preferred.
• Must be able to read/write English, maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asphalt production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
• Manage personnel at the facility and assist the Asphalt Production Manager.
• Coordinate with safety and operations to meet policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain reporting on plant production, maintenance, and safety.
• Mentor and develop employees and participate in hiring and training as needed.
