Job summary

Sunrock Asphalt Production Supervisor is needed to oversee daily production, quality control, maintenance and safety at the assigned North Carolina site. You will manage staff, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining efficient operations.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights and weekends, with limited overnight travel. Strong leadership and hands-on problem solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and technical procedures in English.
• Experience in industrial production or asphalt plant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily asphalt production and monitor quality.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and housekeeping for site.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage raw materials inventory.
• Train and develop facility staff; assist in hiring.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and NCDOT guidelines.
• Prepare production and safety reports for management.
