• Hands-on understanding of ASIC or VLSI design and development processes, with experience linking technical execution to manufacturing and supply chain milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical coordination and program leadership to VLSI teams and partners across all ASIC development stages.
• Own executive-level management of vendors and development partners, including schedules, deliverables, and risk management.
• Ensure alignment between physical-design progress, manufacturing readiness, and overall program milestones.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and external partners.
• Demonstrate sustained leadership with measurable impact on time-to-market, cost, quality, and risk posture.
