Job summary

You will manage cargo receipt, shipping, and data accuracy, coordinating with unit personnel, drivers, and leadership while maintaining ISO-aligned records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with Army turn-in or SSA operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations for receipt, processing, and shipment of vehicles and equipment returned by Army units.
• Develop and manage shipment schedules to prevent bottlenecks in high-volume operations.
• Liaise with unit supply, warehouse teams, drivers, and leadership to ensure cargo flow.
• Review and approve shipping documents and load plans per Army regulations and contract requirements.
• Audit movement data in TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, and DPAS for accuracy and compliance.
