You will coordinate receipt, staging, and processing through the turn-in, ensuring compliance with Army regulations and contract requirements. Requires 3–5 years in logistics with strong leadership and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in logistics, supply, or materiel management.
• Experience with Army turn-in or supply support preferred.
• Knowledge of Army regs: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
• Prioritize items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
• Track turn-in status from receipt to disposition.
• Support high-volume turn-ins by managing workflow.
• Review supply documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes).
• Ensure timely data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage and retrieval of equipment.
• Tag, label, and segregate serviceable, unserviceable, and HAZMAT items.
• Monitor availability and safe use of material handling equipment (MHE).
• Work with transportation staff to schedule and track shipments.
• Prepare cargo movement requests, shipping docs, and load plans per Army/DTR standards.
• Ensure accountability during loading, movement, and offloading of equipment.
• Assist unit supply personnel during turn-in to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as liaison between contractor site staff, Army units, and COR.
• Provide responsive customer service to supported units while maintaining compliance.
