Job summary

Surestaff is seeking a Senior Area Staffing Manager based in Worcester, MA. This role oversees onsite recruiters and multiple sites, with about 50% travel to PA, GA, IL, and other locations as needed.

The position is salaried, with a starting range of $90,000-$100,000, based on experience, and offers commission or bonus opportunities. The candidate will manage client relationships, ensure contract compliance, monitor KPIs, and provide reporting, onboarding, and site-specific training.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Volume recruitment / multiple sites experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personifies our company at the work site.
• Manages site staff through recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Oversees internal recruiting staff across sites.
• Ensures headcounts meet client requirements for all shifts.
• Ensures compliance with company and client standards.
• Supports performance evaluations and payroll/documentation.
• Maintains KPI tracking and quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Delivers client-specific reporting and site training.
• Communicates with stakeholders to improve turnover and relations.
