Surestaff is seeking an Onsite Staffing Recruiter to staff a client site in York, PA. The successful candidate will supervise a recruitment team, manage headcount across shifts, and act as the liaison to the client’s HR and end-users of contingent labor.

The role emphasizes account management, performance monitoring, and timely reporting. A salary range of $53,000–$63,000+ is offered, based on experience, with competitive benefits.

Surestaffishiring internally forOnsite Managing Recruiterswho will be staffing for a customer in York, PA. The Onsite Managing Recruiter has multiple responsibilities. Primarily, the OMR is responsible for overall account management & performance.This includes the supervision of the team assembled to service the client. The OMR will act as an extension of the client’s Human Resource department as well as the liaison to the client’s end-users of contingent labor.The OMR must have the ability to effectively communicatetocandidates, employees, and client contacts.The OMR is responsible for prioritizing requisitions, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring key performance indicators. Other responsibilities may include client-specific reporting, onboarding/orientation and site-specific training. This is a salaried role with a starting salary range of $53,000-$63,000+, based on experience.

• Manages site staff through proper recruitment strategies and use of best practices
• Meets headcount needs for all shifts as required by client
• Manage staff to ensure proper compliance with company and client standards
• Assists with performance evaluations of employees on assignment
• Manages unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation
• Works with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and turnover
• Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents at the site
• Updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Manages retention, recruitment, and other value-added programs
• Monitors activities/results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develops and delivers quarterly and annual business reviews at the client site
• Facilitates meetings with key stakeholders (internal & external)
• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience working in either a recruitment / hiring, high-touch service or similar position
• Volume recruitment / hiring delivery experience preferred
• Flexibility to support client requirements as they may run multiple shifts
• A customer and client focus with the ability to establish long-lasting business relationships
• Capability to engage and communicate effectively to all stakeholdersAbility to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential
• Excellent time management skills
• Self-driven, vibrant and passionate
• Innovative mindset to promote continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills
