Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of recruitment or high-touch service experience.
• Experience with volume recruitment.
• Flexibility to support client requirements across multiple shifts.
• Customer and client focus with ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Self-driven, energetic and proactive.

Aufgaben

• Represents the company at the work site.
• Supervises site staff via recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Meets headcount needs for all shifts as required by the client.
• Ensures staff compliance with company and client standards.
• Assists with performance evaluations of employees on assignment.
• Monitors unemployment compliance and payroll deadlines.
• Communicates with client and site staff to improve cycle time and employee relations.
• Delivers quarterly and annual business reviews at the client site.
