Job summary

Schindler Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Large Projects Center. This senior commercial leader shapes, drives, and executes the sales strategy for large project revenue growth across the assigned Area.

You will oversee a high-performance sales organization and partner with operations to deliver world-class outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in field sales, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business / Management / Marketing / Sales, or other related field.
• 5+ years in Functional field sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Area large project sales strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Lead annual planning for the Area with regards to large project revenue, pricing strategy, portfolio segmentation, and sales resourcing.
• Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and data quality across CRM tools.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, general contractors, and property owners.
