Travel is required to district offices; candidates should have 10+ years in E&E Modernization sales, a Bachelor's degree, and proven negotiation skills. Base salary ranges from $113,400 to $141,700 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills; strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of major modernization projects from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Develop scope, bid strategy, and specifications for complex modernization programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Field Modernization teams to ensure executable proposals.
