• 5+ years in Functional field sales.
• Sales leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Area large project sales strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Lead annual planning for the Area with regard to large project revenue, pricing strategy, portfolio segmentation, and sales resourcing.
• Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and data quality across CRM tools.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, general contractors, and property owners.
