Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Area Manager to lead store operations within the assigned region, guiding store managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and profit targets.

You will drive strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs including customer retention and unit sales, and partner with regional teams to support talent and operations. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred BS/BA and 8+ years of multi-store leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years combined experience managing a single store or multi-unit retail operation
• 3–5 years oversight of a P&L for a store or area/district
• Experience in hiring, mentoring and promoting teammates

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of multiple Store Managers and their locations
• Drive the Vision 2020 strategy and a high-performance, customer-centric culture
• Set business plans and manage the P&L for the assigned Area
• Ensure stores follow compliance and safety policies
• Visit stores and participate in region meetings as required
