Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent V in Willow, Alaska, to lead field teams on a complex facility program.

You will oversee construction readiness, contractor performance, and HSE outcomes to meet milestones on a rotational schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating logistics, and leading readiness and planning meetings with Company and contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site at 700 G Street, Willow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver large projects.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces among multiple field contractors.
• Ability to work on the North Slope on a rotational schedule.
• Strong planning, execution and HSE leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize yearly construction plans and readiness checklists.
• Review permits, drawings, constraints and hazards.
• Lead constructability reviews and facility planning input.
• Coordinate logistics strategies for camps, aviation, transport, equipment, fuel, and laydown.
• Lead the readiness process and weekly planning meetings.
• Oversee contractor deliverables and mobilization readiness.
• Monitor contractor performance and identify improvements.
• Interface with and oversee contractor field leadership.
• Manage interfaces among multiple contractors and field activities.
• Coordinate project execution with Drilling, Completions, and Operations.
• Lead HSE performance and enforce safety policies.
