Job summary

RWDY Inc. seeks a Construction Coordinator IV for the Willow Pipeline Program in Alpine, Alaska. The role involves field supervision, contractor oversight, and ensuring safe, timely delivery of pipeline work on a large-scale project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipeline construction or related construction experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review permits, drawings, plans, constraints, and hazards.
• Participate in constructability reviews and provide field feedback.
• Support strategies for camps, aviation, transport, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in converting plans to field execution.
• Oversee field resources to meet milestones, cost, quality, and HSE targets.
• Monitor contractor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors and Company operating groups.
• Manage day-to-day activities of construction contracts.
• Support SIMOPS with Drilling, Completions, Operations, and contractors.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure on-schedule availability.
• Identify field execution and SIMOPS issues and help resolve them.
• Lead field safety expectations and conduct site THAs/JHAs.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with permit stipulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
