Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
5–8 years in facility maintenance management or operations leadership.
Experience managing a team.
Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license.
NSTC certification available via Worley if needed.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for Deadhorse facilities maintenance.
Manage maintenance requests and track with Fleet Focus.
Plan and supervise a workforce and assign schedules.
Coordinate with other groups and contractors.
Ensure safety, compliance, and cost reduction.
Provide HSE leadership and regulatory compliance.
