Job summary

You will oversee industrial shops, water and wastewater treatment, and man camp maintenance, ensuring safe, environmentally responsible execution. The role requires supervising craft personnel and coordinating with client reps to meet safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years in facility maintenance management or operations leadership.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.
• NSTC certification available via Worley if needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Deadhorse facilities maintenance.
• Manage maintenance requests and track with Fleet Focus.
• Oversee wastewater treatment facility operations (discharge only).
• Plan and supervise a workforce and assign schedules.
• Coordinate with other groups and contractors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost reduction.
• Provide HSE leadership and regulatory compliance.
