Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent V for the North Slope, AK assignment. The role focuses on construction readiness, planning, and safety leadership in a demanding Arctic environment.

You will lead contractor oversight, coordinate with multiple field teams, drive readiness actions to ensure on-time mobilization, and uphold HSE objectives across large-scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 7+ years in supervision or construction management.
• Proven ability to lead large projects safely and to manage multiple interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction readiness checklists for each annual campaign.
• Review permits, drawings, constraints, and hazards to finalise plans.
• Lead readiness activities and weekly planning with contractors.
• Coordinate camp logistics, aviation, transportation, and material laydown.
• Supervise resources to deliver scope, cost, quality, milestones and HSE objectives.
• Interface with contractor field leadership and manage contract execution.
