Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage maintenance operations for facilities and a wastewater treatment system on the North Slope (Deadhorse, AK). The role involves supervising trades, coordinating with multiple groups, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a demanding Arctic environment.

The position follows a rotational schedule (three weeks on, three weeks off) with meals and lodging provided on site, plus transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, business, or related field.
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Five to eight years in facility maintenance management or related leadership roles.
• Five years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of Deadhorse facilities, wastewater systems, and man camp buildings.
• Plan and supervise workforce, including manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Maintain computerized maintenance tracking (Fleet Focus) for requests.
• Coordinate with various groups, crafts, and contractors on projects.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental procedures.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team leaders; manage performance.
