Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Willow Pipeline Construction Coordinator to support a major North Slope development in Alaska. The role focuses on field oversight, contractor interfaces, and safe delivery of complex pipeline infrastructure in Arctic conditions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of pipeline/construction experience, strong SIMOPs coordination, and the ability to manage multiple contractors within a live project environment. This is a 12-month assignment on site in North Slope, AK.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipeline construction or related construction experience.
• Experience managing interfaces with multiple field contractors.
• Experience supporting day-to-day field construction activities in a live project environment.
• Experience overseeing execution against milestones with focus on scope, cost, quality, and HSE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities and progress across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction, logistics, materials, and operating teams.
• Support contractor progress, issue resolution, and field execution in Arctic conditions.
• Reinforce safe work practices and contribute to HSE performance.
