Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of job-related experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Licensure/certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and design tasks, prepares construction documents and supports project delivery.
• Provides technical expertise on complex projects across all stages.
• Builds cross-departmental relationships to promote collaboration.
• Applies codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Conducts QA/QC reviews of project submissions.
• Assists in developing project schedules, proposals, and estimating labor hours.
• Clarifies and implements defined scope of work with project teams.
• Promotes QA/QC processes to improve outcomes.
• Prepares and verifies design calculations and cost estimates.
