Job summary

Larson Design Group is seeking a Technical Manager to coordinate technical teams and drive the design of major projects. You will oversee technical design, quality control, budgeting, and performance while collaborating with Project Managers and staff to ensure goals are met.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture/Engineering, 15+ years in the field, and active licensure (PE/SE/RA/PLA/PLS or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in related discipline.
• Professional licensure: PE/SE/RA/PLA/PLS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct technical teams to meet project goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and financial performance of projects.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare annual business goals and assist with strategic plans.
• Communicate with managers, clients, and contractors.
