Job summary

Larson Design Group (LDG) seeks a Technical Specialist to collaborate with the design team across all design stages. You will ensure technical accuracy, oversee work by others, and contribute to scope and fee estimates for small to moderate projects within single or multi-discipline efforts.

You will apply codes and standards, perform QA/QC reviews, and develop technical proposals while supporting accurate cost estimates. A strong technical background and leadership in design are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ job-related experience.
• Licensure/Certification: not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design tasks, prepare construction documents under guidance of senior team members.
• Provide technical expertise on complex projects across all stages.
• Foster cross‑department collaboration and project success.
