Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and design tasks, prepares construction documents for delivery under guidance.
• Provides technical expertise on complex projects across all stages.
• Builds and maintains cross-departmental relationships to promote collaboration.
• Applies codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliant design work.
• Conducts QA/QC reviews of project submissions for accuracy.
• Helps develop project schedules, technical proposals, and labor-hour estimates.
• Works with teams to define and deliver scope of work.
• Promotes QA/QC processes to improve outcomes and reduce errors.
• Prepares and verifies design calculations and cost estimates.
